Job's Daughters is an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of young women today and preparing them for the challenges of tomorrow. It is a quality organization that fosters a sense of pride in achievement for each and every member as they prepare to become the adult leaders of the future.

Special emphasis is given to the thoughts that "To Be Fair Is to Do Good" and that "Virtue Is a Quality Which Highly Adorns Woman."

We strive to teach our members valuable leadership experience, how to serve as part of a team, and to have them learn democratic principles.  Our members do this by running their own meetings using parliamentary procedure, deciding on activities, and planning service and fundraising events. We also desire for our members to cherish their education and to continue it through life.
